إذا كنت مسافر وعند استلام الحقيبة اكتشفت أنه حصل كسر أو تمزيق لجزء من اجزائها .. قم بالتالي:👇

١- تحرير محضر. (Rapport de bagages endommagés) في فرع خدمات الأمتعة لشركة الطيران قبل مغادرة المطار (و يكون باللغة الإنجليزية)

٢- وهو الشيء الذي يجعل معظم شركات الطيران تحاول التملص منه لدفع التعويضات للمسافريين، ما عليك إلا إرسال email بالصيغة التالية لشركة الطيران وأيضا لبرنامج ال Frequent flyer المشتركة فيها شركات طيران كثيرة. مثال Air Canada مشتركة مع Star Alliance أو Air France مع SkyTeam وهكذا ...
ماعليك سوى استبدال الكلمات التي بين ".. . .." بالمعلومات الخاصة برحلتك.🛬🛫🛫👇👇👇📨💯
 Dear Madam \ Sir :
I am writing to request that CARRIER compensate me for damage to my checked baggage in accordance with Article 17(2) of the Montreal Convention (or, if claiming from two airlines: Article 17(2) and 36(3) of the Montreal Convention).
1. On "..FLIGHT DATE..", I flew from "..ORIGIN.." to "..DESTINATION.."  via "..CONNECTING POINTS.." on flights "..FLIGHT NUMBERS..". I checked in "..NUMBER OF BAGS.." piece(s) of baggage, bearing baggage tag number(s) "..TAG NUMBERS..". 
2. Upon arrival at "..DESTINATION..", I discovered that our checked baggage bearing tag number(s) "..TAGS OF MISSING BAGS.."  had been damaged. A baggage irregularity report was immediately completed at "..DESTINATION..", reference number "..REFERENCE NUMBER OF REPORT..", and a copy of it is attached.
3. Details and evidence of the damage to the checked baggage have been seen by the airline customer service personnels and can be seen in the attached pictures 
In these circumstances, I am requesting that CARRIER  compensate me with the full amount of the damaged baggage which is "..$$$..".
